The podium has been a part of this meeting for as long as anyone can remember. Some people love it. Some people see it from across the room and suddenly remember they have somewhere to be. That’s okay — we’ve all been there.

What we’ve found is that walking up here, even when your hands are shaking and your heart is doing something weird, is its own kind of practice. It’s a small act of courage in a program built on courage. And when you sit back down, something has shifted — even if you can’t quite name it yet.
